The Principal Product Manager will own the vision and strategy for promotional sourcing experiences across Sellers, Vendors, and internal users. You’ll define the product roadmap, manage trade-offs, and collaborate with stakeholders in UX, Tech, and Worldwide teams.

You will lead initiatives related to Consumer Marketplace and e-commerce products, collaborating with scientists, retail teams, data engineers, and software developers. Your main focus will be to drive strategic decisions based on the interplay between customer experience, financial impact, and seller/vendor goals.

Amazon provides a total compensation package, including potential equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and wellness benefits. The base salary ranges from $157,600/year to $263,200/year, based on experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
