What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Flight component, aligned with overall business objectives
  • Define and prioritize features and enhancements for the Flight product roadmap based on user feedback and market demands
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless flight booking experiences
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the end-to‑end product development lifecycle for Flight products, from ideation to launch and beyond
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3‑5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on flight‑related products or services
  • Deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline operations and distribution channels
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret data and user feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with flight booking systems, GDS platforms, and airline APIs
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
