In this role, you will be responsible for translating the business vision and objectives into a robust product roadmap, manage the full product lifecycle, and collaborate closely with dedicated Scrum teams, cross-functional partners, and business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for enhancing and innovating the mobile experience across the entire customer journey; from browsing to ordering, while being empowered to drive measurable value through a mix of product discovery, strategic prioritization, and strong project management skills.Your Role Own the Mobile Product Strategy : Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our B2B and B2C transactional mobile applications, ensuring they deliver intuitive, high-value experiences that meet both customer needs and business objectives.Drive End-to-End Mobile Experience : Oversee the complete mobile user journey—from onboarding and product discovery to ordering, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance across both iOS and Android platforms.Lead Product Discovery & Prioritization : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and business opportunities. Translate these into clear product requirements and strategically prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner closely with other product managers, mobile engineering, UX / UI design, QA, marketing, analytics, and customer support teams to ideate, build, and launch features. Ensure alignment across departments for cohesive and timely delivery.User-Centric Decision Making : Leverage customer feedback, user research, and behavioral analytics to inform product improvements and optimize engagement, retention, and satisfaction across mobile platforms.Monitor and Iterate : Define and track mobile-specific KPIs such as app store ratings, retention, crash rates, session length, engagement, and conversion. Use these insights to inform iterative improvements and long-term innovation.The qualifications we are looking for5+ years of experience of product management with a strong focus on mobile applications; experience with both B2B & B2C platforms is highly preferred.
