A digital publishing company in Barrie, Ontario is looking for a Product Manager to enhance digital products and optimize performance across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities. The role includes collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions and achieving measurable business value. A science background is preferred but not required.
LabX Media Group is a B2B digital publisher with many leading brands in our industry. We create and deliver content and editorial to our audience of scientific professionals, and connect them with our advertising clients which promote their products and solutions.
The Product Manager will focus on enhancing our portfolio of digital products of some of our key publishing brands at LabX Media Group. Leverage your digital business acumen to enhance total program and campaign performance across our advertising clients and the products we offer. There are many facets and ways we can improve performance, and this role will use effective collaboration to bring together cross‑functional teams and any combination of editorial, marketing, sales, operations, IT, finance, and all departments to solve challenges and find better ways to increase performance. Working in collaboration with these teams we may fix existing workflows, create new product offerings, or refine business processes. A science degree is valued, but not required.
Being a problem solver is essential! The role is always evolving as we work to improve company‑wide product cohesion, workflows and processes. One focus is enhancing website performance by aligning editorial and creative services content with site architecture and SEO to maximize impact. Another is refining and delivering innovative sales products that not only set us apart from competitors but also excite our clients with outstanding results that keep them coming back.
This position is open to eligible Canadian candidates, and preference may be given to those located in the Eastern Time zone.
