A leading fintech company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the automated accounts receivable product team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product management experience in a B2B environment, strong skills in user research and a builder mentality. As a Senior Product Manager on the Versapay product team, you will take ownership of our automated accounts receivable offering. Financial teams struggle with fragmented processes, relying on disconnected tools that create reconciliation challenges and operational bottlenecks. In this role, you’ll build a comprehensive suite of capabilities that automate AR team operations, accelerating cash flow management.
You will be responsible for leading a cross‑functional group of engineering, design, and go‑to‑market team members to meet the needs of our customers and our business. At the same time, you’ll be expected to foster a high‑performance culture and promote excellence of the craft of Product Management across the company.
This role is designed to drive change, both in AR team behaviour and internal operational processes, which means that a great candidate remains effective while being flexible and agile. You’ll use your intellectual curiosity, passion for product and bias toward action to steer strategy.
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 a year
