We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our iLab team—our internal innovation engine driving smarter, more efficient solutions across our national operations. This role is a strategic bridge between innovation, corporate support, and field operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape Product Strategy: Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for iLab solutions, ensuring alignment with Dexterra’s operational goals.
• Understand the Business: Collaborate with operations, IT, and client-facing teams to translate real-world challenges into actionable product requirements.
• Deliver Solutions: Lead cross-functional teams to build and implement tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Measure Impact: Establish KPIs and success metrics to track adoption and performance.
• Drive Engagement: Facilitate demos, training, and workshops to support change management and user buy‑in.
• Support Bids: Provide technical insights and product expertise for large-scale tenders.
• Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose new ways to elevate our services.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• A strategic thinker with a technical foundation and a passion for solving operational challenges.
• Experienced in business solutions and project management (5+ years); PMP certification is an asset.
• Skilled in operations software, project management tools, and data analysis.
• Comfortable working across FM, construction, property management, or consulting environments.
• A collaborative leader with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and known for your organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
