Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts

Join RhynoCare Staffing Solutions as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts. We are seeking experienced and professional RPNs to work in long-term and acute care facilities in the Rockland area.

This role offers above-average wages, travel compensation, and accommodation. Shifts include early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight, with consistent hours and a set schedule until further notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to established policies, physician’s orders, and resident care plans within the scope of an RPN.
• Utilize sound nursing principles to ensure high-quality care in assigned areas.
• Facilitate resident admissions, orientations, transfers, and discharges safely and efficiently.
• Manage medication supply, control, and protocols, including narcotics.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.

Requirements

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Ability to work with infectious diseases and hold BLS, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Proof of immunizations (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B) and recent TB test.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability for shifts of 8 or 12 hours, including floating between units as needed.
• Reliability and adherence to RhynoCare's shift policies.
