Southbridge Care Homes is looking for a Register Practical Nurse to join our team. The Register Practical Nurse will provide direct care to residents to fulfill their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs while assisting with daily tasks such as activities of living, medication administration, and health monitoring.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in providing direct care for residents
2. Provide emotional and social support to residents/families, including palliative care
3. Work with multi-disciplinary team members to meet the needs of residents
4. Support your team!
5. Cleaning and sanitizing according to the needs of the home

The ideal candidate for our team will have the following qualifications and skills:

1. RPN Program Certificate or Diploma is required
2. Passion for providing quality care
3. Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation required
4. Ability to communicate positively and effectively with other staff, residents, and families
