Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers within the restaurant, retail, country club, and wholesale sectors
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand sales and market share
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to form long-term partnerships

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base while continuously identifying new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer fulfillment

Wholesale Trade Development

  • Develop wholesale seafood trade by networking with distributors and seafood buyers
  • Understand industry trends and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to create mutually beneficial agreements with wholesale partners

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pricing agreements, and market feedback
  • Provide weekly sales reports and market insights to the sales leadership team
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the seafood, foodservice, or hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
