Job summary
A leading pet specialty shop in Toronto is looking for a dedicated team member to provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, and assist customers in selecting high-quality pet products. Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or retail is an asset.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
- Willingness to engage with customers and provide product advice.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a pet shop environment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
