Responsibilities
  • Our Resident Care Partners form relationships with each resident beyond caring for them and take pride in being attentive to residents and their loved ones.
  • You know how to make every interaction personalized and create meaningful moments.
  • You support our residents in a wide variety of activities including light housekeeping, engagement and dining support.
What you will bring
  • Willingness to learn and apply your learning on the job.
  • You are one of the following: a graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, currently enrolled in a nursing program or an internationally certified nurse.
  • Ability to complete the Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • First Aid, CPR Certificate.
