Join us as we launch a new die plant in Windsor, Ontario! We seek a detail-oriented Financial Controller & Office Manager to oversee financial operations and administration at our new site. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to local management.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing monthly reports to local, divisional, and global finance teams
  • Developing and managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Providing financial insights for strategic planning
  • Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Monitoring and updating cost prices, supporting internal and external pricing
  • Controlling production expenses and managing inventory levels
  • Managing the financial risk register
  • Challenging existing structures with an open mind
  • Performing ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Monitoring project status and addressing issues affecting timelines
  • Approving invoices, expense reports, and payroll
  • Overseeing daily office operations
  • Assisting with HR tasks like onboarding and payroll coordination
  • Acting as liaison between site and corporate teams
  • Promoting ANDRITZ core values and a positive work environment

What We're Looking For

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Bonus: Experience with SAP BI, SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, and ThinkCell
About the New Facility

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is establishing a new state-of-the-art die plant in Windsor, ON, as part of its growth strategy. This facility will serve as a center for manufacturing precision dies, enhancing our production capabilities and operational efficiency, reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence.
