Location: Edmonton

Are you a HR Advisor with operational experience looking to join an industry-leading and rapidly growing company? This role offers an exciting opportunity with training and progression to management.

On offer is a chance to become a key asset to the business. You will support the Human Resources function within an operational setting by acting as a bridge between the Operations team and HR department, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR initiatives.

This role suits a HR Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, covering HR and Operations departments, with occasional travel between sites.

The Role:

1. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries.
2. Provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
3. Support recruitment by collaborating with hiring managers.
4. Assist in implementing employee development programs to promote growth and retention.
5. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation is up to date.
6. Travel occasionally between sites to support operational needs.
7. Identify training needs within operational teams and coordinate relevant development programs.

The Person:
