• Serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions for colleagues
• Handle basic accounting duties, including payroll and accounts payable
• Assist in recruiting hourly workforce through job postings, interviews, and orientations
• Maintain employee database for accuracy
• Perform office duties as assigned by the Store Manager
• Identify and attract talented individuals to join our team
• Build and lead diverse teams that promote inclusiveness and belonging
