Position Summary

• The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience*
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and payroll
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises)
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Track and reconcile job costing and manufacturing-related expenses
• Maintain accurate inventory and cost records within the ERP system
• Manage and file sales tax and other regulatory filings as needed
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage purchase order matching
• Manage cash flow tracking and forecasting
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation tracking
• Manage documentation for audits, budgets, and financial reviews in coordination with the CFO
• Manage internal control processes and documentation
• Manage the company’s banking relationship and accounts
• Perform other bookkeeping and accounting duties as assigned
  
  

Experience, Qualifications, And Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent is required.
• 5-8 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., Epicor, JobBOSS, SAP, IQMS)
• Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting and payroll processing
• Job costing and inventory accounting experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and Excel
• Strong understanding of ASPE and standard accounting practices
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information
