What will you do in this job?
- Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff.
- Lead the team with a positive attitude and recognize a job well done.
- Provide daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards.
- Take P&L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and retention of high-quality team members.
- Anticipate key issues and informational needs, and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and operational functions to enhance food and beverage operations.
- Deeply embed yourself in food and beverage operations to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Provide leadership and coaching to foster problem solving, teamwork, accuracy, speed, and improved business practices, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Make employee and guest safety a cultural priority to maintain our industry leadership and safety standards.
- Support all company research and guest satisfaction programs.
- Handle daily operational issues with supervision of the restaurant.
- Assist with training, staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
- Participate in planning and executing functions.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and stock management.
- Handle invoice coding and remittance.
- Cross-promote all Pursuit attractions and divisions.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
- High attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with cash control procedures.
- Food & Beverage background.
- Experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience with leading operating systems, staff training, development, and managing large, complex operations.
