Job summary
A leading retail company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure smooth operations at their location in Richmond, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, some supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, hiring and training staff, and preparing sales reports. This position is permanent and offers a salary of $21.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours a week. Qualifications
- Experience of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Ability to manage staff and assign duties.
- Capability to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and assign responsibilities.
- Hire and train new staff as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and manage inventory.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
