Qualificações
3–5 years of Front Office experience, 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience with office procedures, ordering materials, and scheduling.
Responsabilidades
Lead the front office, Host, and Housekeeping teams.
Oversee scheduling and training.
Handle guest complaints and ensure staff preparedness.
Balance room inventory nightly.
Conhecimentos
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong team leadership with minimal supervision
Proven computer skills
Formação académica
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree preferred
