Job summary
A leading agricultural services company is seeking Floral Field Merchandisers in Kamloops to manage plant merchandising in large retailers. You'll visit stores 1-2 times a week, manage inventory, and build customer relationships. Candidates should have floral maintenance knowledge and strong customer service skills. This casual/seasonal role offers flexible scheduling and a pay rate of $40 per store visit.

- Travel to retail locations to merchandise plant programs.
- Manage inventory and pricing in retail locations.
- Provide maintenance on items in designated stores.

We are recruiting for Floral Field Merchandisers to work within a designated region on behalf of growers to merchandise plant programs in large retailers.
You will be responsible for travelling to retail locations, locate incoming orders, ensure they are placed on sales floor, manage inventory, pricing and provide maintenance on all items in the retail locations in a designated region.
Store visits occur approx 1-2 times per week and in store time ranges from 45min-1 hr in length per location. Pay is paid at a $40 flat rate for each location visited.
Visits can be completed anytime during store hours within the allotted time frame provided by grower request.
