General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is currently hiring an intermediate Payroll Administrator to join our corporate Payroll team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong sense of initiative, and demonstrates effective communication with both stakeholders and colleagues. This position follows a hybrid working model, combining home and on-site work.
The role involves day-to-day payroll support, including data entry, timecard reconciliation, and assisting both the Payroll Team and employees with operational tasks. Candidates should have a working knowledge of payroll systems and experience with basic payroll automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing the biweekly payroll (Oracle Time & Labour and ADP Workforce Now) and performing activities that may include:
