What you’ll do:
  • Make outbound calls to the stores to verify the compliance pack orders.
  • Enter prescriptions count, batch information and confirmations into the record.
  • Assist store associates and pharmacists with transmission issues during order automation.
  • Provide high level of customer service to store staff.
  • Work closely with internal pharmacist team to call out any issues.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Provide written updates on issues as and when required.
  • Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.
What you bring:
  • Pharmacy Assistant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferential), Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • Shift flexibility and ability to work holidays and overtime when needed.
