Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Calgary is seeking an experienced warehouse associate to join a team committed to workplace safety and inclusivity. Responsibilities include preparing orders, operating forklifts, and maintaining an organized workspace. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities
  • Own the preparation process by accurately picking, staging, and moving inventory to ensure every outgoing order is perfect.
  • Serve as the critical link by efficiently loading and carefully unloading delivery and shipping trucks to keep our operations continuous and on schedule.
  • Master the art of logistics by accurately stacking, building, and securing pallet loads and orders for safe, on-time delivery.
  • Experience safely and expertly operating the forklift to manage and transport large or heavy loads throughout the facility is an asset. Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
  • Be a proactive team player by assisting with inventory counts, organizing stock, and actively maintaining a clean, secure, and organized working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable warehouse or logistics role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with material handling.
  • A deep commitment to workplace safety procedures and a reliable work ethic are critical to success in this fast-paced environment.
  • A valid, recognized forklift operating license is considered a strong asset.
