Responsibilities

• Perform nursing patient care duties under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and / or Nursing Unit Director.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care according to our patient care philosophy.
• Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in educational activities and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science in Nursing required.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia or multi-state / compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting, unless entering Nurse Residency Program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Salary Range

35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
