A health authority in Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in Port Alberni. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care for your assigned patients. Candidates must hold certification from the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and possess effective communication skills. This position emphasizes patient safety and continuous quality improvement in alignment with healthcare standards. Experience in specialty units is a plus.

Under the general supervision of the Care Co-coordinator or the Patient Care Manager, assesses, plans, provides and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Basic Life Support, Level C required. Recognized post-basic education required for clinical areas, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year's recent related experience.
