Job summary
A leading service provider in the heavy truck industry in Saint John, New Brunswick, is seeking a Night Shift Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will manage repair orders, assist customers, and ensure invoices are handled correctly. Experience in the heavy truck industry is preferred, alongside strong multitasking abilities. This position offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Experience as a service advisor in heavy truck industry preferred.
- Heavy equipment or automotive experience will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, CDK or other shop software.
- Capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the branch, acquire information and open repair orders as required.
- Assist in assigning priority of work and time to complete repairs.
- Record and file all documents related to repair orders.
- Close repair orders.
- Present and explain repair invoices to customers.

We currently have an opening for aNight Shift Service Advisorfor our Saint John location. The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.Shifts are from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.We Offer:

- Assist in assigning priority of work and time to complete repairs.
- Record and file all documents related to repair orders, incl. getting background info from technicians for warranty purposes.
- Close repair orders.
- Present and explain repair invoices to customers.
- Ensure invoices are paid or placed on account prior to releasing vehicles.
