ABL Employment is hiring Machine Operators to join a team dedicated to precision, safety, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine operation experience who is looking to grow with a stable company.

Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines. You’ll interpret blueprints, follow technical specifications, and work independently to ensure production targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Training & Schedule
  • Training on day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • After training, transition to night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
  • Training duration depends on performance and ability to master key tasks
Responsibilities
  • Review and verify job specifications as per work instructions
  • Set up and calibrate machines and accessories for each job
  • Operate machines safely and efficiently following procedures
  • Perform first-off part inspections; ensure all dimensions are within tolerance
  • Record workflow accurately and maintain production logs
  • Identify and segregate scrap or non-conforming materials/parts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Conduct minor maintenance to keep machines in working order
  • Provide feedback on machine efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Follow all company health and safety policies
