We are a construction company. We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Technologist to assist in the design, coordination, and supervision of electrical installations for residential and commercial construction projects.
Wage: $34.50 hourly / 35 hours per week, Permanent employment, Full time
Main Duties
- Assist engineers in the design and review of building electrical systems.
- Prepare electrical drawings, cost estimates, and installation plans.
- Supervise electrical installation on construction sites.
- Coordinate with suppliers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical design, drafting, or construction project coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, and building code standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary construction team.
