Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic with 2+ years of hands‑on experience or journeyperson-level qualifications. This full-time role involves 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy solving problems in a team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake work, tire services, and inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify issues efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate clearly with coworkers and service advisors regarding repair timelines and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure quality service
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience (Journeyperson certification is an asset)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Must supply own tools
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
