We seek an experienced Solutions Architect to transform customer experiences by designing and deploying cutting-edge, cloud-based contact center solutions. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as our expert in architecting end-to-end customer experience (CX) solutions powered byAmazon Connect. You will be responsible for integrating Amazon Connect with the broader AWS ecosystem and third-party technologies to create seamless, scalable, and intelligent contact center operations that deliver measurable business value.
