We are looking for a skilled, caring, and safety-conscious individual to lead daily field activities on-site, reporting to the General Superintendent. This role requires leadership to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

• Plan, schedule, organize, direct, and control construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Supervise daily site activities and manage the construction site.
• Ensure site safety programs are in place and effective.
• Maintain site cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards.
• Mobilize and set up the site, including hoarding, fencing, trailers, washrooms, and safety facilities.
• Manage site security and coordinate site layout and inspections.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate delivery of critical materials and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review contract documents and organize pre-construction meetings.
• Direct foremen and tradespeople, ensuring quality and scope completion.
• Manage union issues and resolve disputes.
• Conduct safety and coordination meetings, document minutes.
• Control project costs and prepare reports.
• Maintain records of communications and site occurrences.
• Manage change orders and review shop drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and testing.
• Manage site filing and fieldwork orders.
• Oversee site cleanup and cost allocations.
• Manage site and community relations, temporary protections, and as-built drawings updates.
• Share resources with other sites for mutual benefit.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICI construction.
• Experience in modular, prefabrication, or green construction is an asset.
• Deep understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act and standards.
• Gold Seal Certification and LEED accreditation are assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Procore.
• Experience working in all seasons on construction sites.
