Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in a training role within mining or industrial operations, at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering technical and safety training programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as OHSA and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive training strategy across workforce segments.
  • Design and deploy balanced curriculum covering technical and safety training.
  • Ensure training programs meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through audits and feedback.
  • Lead mentorship for trainers and promote high-performance culture.
