Job Description :
A full-time nanny / child caregiver is required to work in a private home to assist in the care of five children, including 17-year-old triplets with Cerebral Palsy and two younger children, ages 7 and 4. A part-time nurse is also present in the home to provide additional medical support.
- Providing attentive and compassionate care for all five children
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as feeding, transfers, toileting, and hygiene
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
- Engaging the children in educational and recreational activities appropriate for their ages and abilities
- Laundry and cooking for the children
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant child care experience
- Completion of high school diploma (or equivalent)
- English language proficiency required (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a household supporting children with disabilities is an asset but not mandatory
