Fresh Mortgage Co – Mortgage Underwriter Document Specialist (Jasper, Alberta)

Fresh Mortgage Co is seeking an experienced, full‑time Mortgage Underwriter (Document Specialist) to join our high‑producing brokerage. Candidates must have at least two years of mortgage industry experience and be able to work remotely or from our Alberta office.

Position Overview

  • Work directly with clients and banks/lenders to complete mortgage applications on behalf of our brokerage.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in mortgage industry regulations and underwriting criteria.
  • Operate in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines, managing multiple mortgages daily.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
  • Daily client communication (phone, email, text) to collect information and signatures.
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized; ability to handle 10–20 applications per month.
  • Strong computer skills – PDF/Adobe, Outlook, Word, DocuSign, Pipedrive, and general technology proficiency.
  • Self‑motivated, independent work style with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑producing environment; above‑average performance required.
