We're Hiring: HR Manager (Contractual Role – Delhi)

Client: IIIDEM (India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management) under the Election Commission of India (ECI)

Location: Dwarka, Sector - 13, Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 10+ years (Minimum 3 years in Institutional HR)

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

Employment Type: Contractual

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR planning, recruitment, and employee lifecycle activities
• Design and deliver induction & HR training programs
• Handle grievance redressal and performance appraisal systems
• Develop and implement SOPs for HR processes and training programs
