Make an impact with our Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Assistant based in our Swift Current office. As part of a diverse team of professionals this role will think outside the box to develop creative and innovative marketing programs. As a trusted advisor, you’ll produce exceptional marketing solutions, from concept to production, and you’ll collaborate on campaigns that promote, protect and position MNP’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager providing overall marketing coordination and assistance
• Process marketing requests using MNP software and systems, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution and monitor workflow and status to ensure on time delivery
• Maintain vendor relationships with all external suppliers and freelancers
• Manage task assignment and workflow during project scope changes
• Keep up to date with Workfront, our marketing project management software, and implement changes as necessary
• Conduct on-going reporting of workload metrics and analytics
• Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed
• Build strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and support process improvements through Workfront
• Work on special projects and act as a marketing resource as required
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Post-secondary education in marketing or other related field
• 2+ years of administration or project coordination experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Workfront or other project management tools is considered an asset
