A recruiting agency in Canada is seeking a SuccessFactors HRIS Specialist to support the HR team and manage the SuccessFactors system. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HRIS experience and strong knowledge of SuccessFactors. You'll deliver improvement projects and act as a liaison for system support. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Payroll & HRIS, the SuccessFactors HRIS Specialist will support the Human Resources team and other internal business partners by managing the on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Success Factors Employee Central and Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS system. In addition, they will participate in design and discovery of new solutions and take a critical role driving the implementation, user acceptance testing, deployment and technical documentation of key SuccessFactors projects that leverage the platform or related third-party vendor applications.
