A Canadian mining company is seeking a full-time Industrial Mechanic to maintain shovels and drills. This site-based role in Elk Valley requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Successful candidates will hold an Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Certification and have previous mining experience. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and numerous benefits.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, Industrial Mechanics of the Shovel Crew will have the outstanding opportunity to help maintain our shovels and drills, potentially including North America's only P&H 4800 shovel. This is a full-time hourly position that offers an attractive 4x4 day shift schedule. Come experience what work life balance is all about!
The position is site-based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and the ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Sparwood, B.C is necessary.
Hourly Wage: $52.73
Base earnings reflected in salary range includes the hourly wage plus applicable shift premiums and will differ depending on location. It is calculated using a reasonably expected number of hours worked per year.
