Are you looking for an opportunity within the Client Account Management group at Deloitte? We are seeking someone passionate about enabling sales growth and driving client-centric value.
What will your typical day look like?

As a Portfolio Manager, you will collaborate with Cluster Leaders and industry teams to foster a client-centric sales culture and drive value across a portfolio of clients. You will strategize and execute differentiated client experiences, leveraging Deloitte’s full suite of assets. Your day will involve building and deepening relationships, advising on portfolio growth strategies, identifying and enabling new opportunities, and championing best practices across teams. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and a connector, committed to supporting both clients and internal teams.

  • Sales culture: Work with Cluster Leaders and industry ecosystems to influence and drive a client-centric sales culture within the firm, focusing on developing value across client portfolios.
  • Strategize differentiated client experiences: Leverage Deloitte’s assets (e.g., Greenhouse, events, POVs, workshops/labs, SMEs) to strategize and execute unique client experiences with both internal and external teams.
  • Relationship connector: Harness your relationship development experience to deepen account penetration and expand portfolios.
  • Growth champion: Advise Cluster Leaders and Client Account Leaders, supporting the development and execution of strategic portfolio growth plans.
  • Opportunity enabler: Identify and share relevant client opportunities with stakeholders to support sales and investment, and influence pipeline development for growth.
  • Team champion: Enhance practitioner experience from onboarding to offboarding, and share best practices within the Client Account and Portfolio Management team.

You are someone who:

  • Has bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or marketing, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in inside sales, portfolio management, or marketing within Energy & Resources, professional services, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders through strong relationship-building skills, leading to increased account penetration and revenue opportunities.
  • Proven success in a leadership role within an account team, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (e.g., Lead Client Service Partners, Service Line/Industry leaders, practitioners, and business development professionals).
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen.
  • Strong proficiency in public communications (written and verbal), project/program management, financial reporting, business marketing, and supporting technology (e.g., Microsoft Suite, collaboration tools, CRM).
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
