Job summary
A global luxury hospitality leader is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Toronto. This essential role requires supporting global talent development initiatives, focusing on escalation management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and over 8 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in high-touch service environments. Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in technical account management or similar role.
- Proven experience in escalation management and quality assurance.
- Experience in training and guiding support teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for hotel support matters.

- Oversee regional dashboards and KPIs for support performance.
- Facilitate clear communication across hotels and support teams.
