Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a First Cook, you will be working with our Culinary team to ensure consistent high quality food and customer service is delivered. You will be responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. You are also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitization and safety in the kitchen and work areas, while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

You don’t shy away from industrial equipment, manual work, or being on your feet for an entire shift. The pride you have in your organizational skills and fast pace will be a great benefit in this role. You have completed or are working to complete your red seal certification. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, works for your personal life.
