We are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Analyst team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

• Analysis and process re‑engineering, project management, and solution evaluation—including analysis of “Buy vs Build.”
• Involvement in Agile/Scrum application to design and build products with internal developers, change management, user training, and application support.
• Working with key business areas including accounting and investor management for Hedge Fund & Private Equity clients, data visualization via interactive dashboards for institutional clients, regulatory and compliance data processing and reporting (e.g., FATCA, CRS, AML), wire payment workflow management, risk monitoring, and operations.

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

• The ability to leverage existing financial and accounting services knowledge, self‑manage and take ownership to deliver with discipline.
• The ability to apply an analytical approach effectively to identify root cause / gap.
• The ability to plan meticulously and manage both project and operational risk, adapt communication effectively between our clients, the business and technology teams.
• The ability to generate new ideas, with a passion for innovation and technology.
• Minimum of six years of experience in Financial Services.
• An undergraduate or graduate degree relevant to Financial Services or Information Technology.
• Business analysis professional qualification (e.g., IIBA CBAP) is preferred but not essential.
