Typical day in a role:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements related to Active Directory infrastructure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define governance policies, standards, and procedures for Active Directory infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and governance guidelines.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements within the Active Directory environment.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and governance enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Support project management efforts by tracking milestones and deliverables related to governance initiatives.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Hands on experience to document complex processes and develop governance policies.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis tools such as Visio, lucid chart or similar.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, identity management systems, and governance frameworks.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience working with a large back or a major financial service company is an asset.
- Experience with SQL and ability to run database queries to extract data from MS SQL or Oracle database.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices or other governance methodologies is a plus.
