We are looking for a full‑cycle Real Estate Accountant to service a portfolio of income‑producing assets. You will manage rental billing, capital invoice management, operating cost recovery processes, monthly property financial reporting, audit, and forecasting. To succeed in this role, understanding numbers is important but interpreting results is critical!
The base salary for this position is between $56,000 – $84,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.).
