Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full cycle real estate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Complete full cycle accounting for a portfolio of assets.
• Maintain the general ledger and review journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
• Assist in year-end processes and audits.
• Review tenant abstracts for accuracy.
