About the Opportunity

• Perform general ledger reconciliations, validate data integrity, and investigate and resolve discrepancies from internal and external sources.
• Support month end, quarter end, half year, and year end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and maintenance of management reporting.
• Prepare schedules and analysis for management reporting, including variance explanations and working capital cash flow reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records across profit and loss, taxes, assets, and liabilities.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership by analyzing trends and summarizing financial data.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting quality.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in transportation or service industries with multiple locations.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Microsoft Office proficient with experience in Excel (eg, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Data validation).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Ability to travel up-to 25%

Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 / year
