What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of clients with an annual net revenue value of $425,000 or more, identifying revenue opportunities and prospective clients
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and telephone communications to qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including call notes and scheduled interactions
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments
- Assist management in coaching and mentoring sales representatives to achieve revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience with a strong cold calling background
- Proven track record of successful performance in previous sales roles
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish long-lasting customer relationships
