A leading Canadian facilities management company is seeking a Centralized Call Centre Representative to provide customer service support and manage work orders. This remote position requires strong communication skills, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call centre, and organizational ability. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently in a quiet workspace.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience.
- Available and flexible to work different shifts.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
Responsibilities
