Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience with production applications.
• Experience leading a team of developers in a Scrum/agile environment.
• Recent Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent credentials.
• Strong communication skills to translate between business and technical nomenclature.
• Skills in resolving conflicts between team members.
• Mastery of fundamentals including domain-driven design and unit testing.
• Ability to adapt code from MVP to core functionality.

Responsibilities

• Act as scrum master and coach for the pod’s agile processes.
• Mentor, manage, and empower team members.
• Contribute to the technical work of the team as a key code reviewer.
