Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience.
  • Available and flexible to work different shifts.
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and handle customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the CMMS database and monitor work orders.
  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
