A leading technology firm in food distribution is seeking a Digital Solutions Architect to lead onboarding for their SaaS platform. You will work closely with Distributor Partners, driving adoption and measurable progress after launch. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding or ERP implementation, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This position is fully remote, open to candidates based in North America.

As a Digital Solutions Architect, you’ll turn that transformation into reality. You’ll take a new Distributor Partner (DP) from “contract signed” to “50% usage on Cut+Dry”, leading them through systems integration, workflow redesign, and measurable business change. This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability role — part project manager, part systems analyst, part operator. One hour you might be mapping ERP data flows; the next, you’re running a strategy call with a CEO or troubleshooting a sync with their IT team. You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure fast, and get things done.
